YES CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP

To ensure that we continue to meet our goal of expanding access for underserved youth, we are committed to providing this opportunity free of cost to any high-school-aged youth who wants to participate. As a result, the YES Coalition is seeking sponsors to help fund conference costs and ensure that we can meet the needs of youth who participate. This includes funding: stewardship project tools and materials; meals and snacks; conference materials such as registration packets, certificates, and awards (t-shirts or water bottles for participants); facility costs; transportation for youth; and costs to cover speakers and chaperones.

We are happy to provide a budget upon request. We are also happy to recognize sponsors in a variety of ways, including in all outreach materials, press releases, and conference materials. Wildlands Restoration Volunteers, as lead coalition partner, is also happy to recognize sponsors on our website and in our own organizational materials, such as annual reports and newsletters. If there are other ways you’d like to be recognized, please feel free to be in touch.

Past Sponsors

We’d like to recognize and thank the VF Foundation for their generosity for funding our 3rd Annual Youth Exploring Stewardship Conference! With support from the VF Foundation we were able to host a hybrid 2-day conference, partially in-person and partially online.

Through this grant we were able to:
1. Engage diverse & underserved audiences in outdoor activities
2. Allow youth to build connection to the land & others
3. Inspire youth to explore their passions
